As we mark our 25th anniversary, I’m filled with gratitude reflecting on Edgemoor’s journey. What began as a focused venture in data center development has grown into one of the nation’s leading partners in shaping civic and institutional places across the country. From the beginning, our commitment to innovation and excellence has defined the way we approach every opportunity.
Today, Edgemoor’s work reaches nearly every corner of public life, from courthouses and campuses to airports, research centers, and critical infrastructure. Every project begins with a simple question: how can we make life better for the people who work there, visit, and are inspired to be part of what happens within it? That lens guides every decision we make, ensuring that what we build today supports the needs of those who will use it for decades to come.

KCI New Terminal
Edgemoor delivered its largest project to date, the $1.5B Kansas City International Airport New Terminal, on-time and on-budget.
There’s a new body of research that’s come out analyzing billion-dollar-plus projects.
